Intervention Program for Elementary Aged Students

Do you check the caller ID when the phone rings because you know it is another problem from the school your child is attending? Maybe you are starting to become "oh too familiar" with the principal's office. Your real concern might be when grades start to fall, but before that you noticed problems....avoidance of homework, complaining about going to school, fights, bullying, or chronic tardiness.

Many parents look to tutoring or even try to find a new school to fix the problem. You might have even decided on medication or other aggressive therapy solutions. We believe children can "relearn" how to be successful in school and develop habits of behavior and study that will restore confidence and achievement in school. You and your child will be relieved to find he or she is able to enjoy school again, interact positively with teachers and peers, and productively engage in disciplined learning.

Our program takes a holistic approach using sound medical and educational research practices that work - helping students reenter the public school at grade level or above in math and reading with confidence and self-assurance. These methods include (but are not limited to):

Mind

Body

Self Awareness

When students complete the program they will have a portfolio of academic work as well as performance based projects that will document their learning and which will be readily accepted at any public school.
